Guidance

Our Services

AESA faculty help students obtain acceptance into the college or university of their choice by writing reference letters for individual colleges and universities and assisting them on the common application website.  We will also contact admissions offices to investigate the requirements needed for enrollment, and will make contacts in the name of the interested student.  We provide consistent guidance throughout the college application process.

We want each of our students to be successful, and always do our very best to provide the support our students need to achieve this during the college application process.

Through AESA Prep, students can sign up to be assessed yearly with the Stanford Achievement Test, the standard college-entrance test every student will likely take as part of their application to college.

AESA provides SAT and ACT test prep services, including individualized tutoring. The SAT and ACT are curriculum and standards-based educational and career planning tools that assess students' academic readiness for college.  Good scores on these tests are critical for many students to be accepted into their college of choice.

AESA Prep International Online School provides distance learning for our students, bringing together textbook learning, online instruction, online assignments, and online communication. Teachers and students interact through messaging, video / phone conferencing, and participation in “live” classroom settings.

Students currently pay a tuition fee directly to AESA to receive services for academic planning, transcript review and creation, assessment, consistent tutoring, instruction, and assistance with the college application process and the NCAA Clearing House.

Students attending online courses will be able to have a signing with our students, attend our graduation ceremony, and attend one or two activities a semester if they choose to participate.

Student Athletes

AESA helps student athletes navigate the NCAA (the National Collegiate Athletic Association) regulations and rules. We assist our athletes in registering with the NCAA Clearing House at the beginning of their Junior Year.

The NCAA oversees the recruiting of athletes for Division l, ll, and lll, and establishes the rules and regulations for eligibility. Students wishing to attend a North American college or university and participate in Division l, ll, or lll athletics need to take NCAA approved courses and courses that are accredited by a substantial accreditation organization such as AdvancedEd.

AESA provides NCAA approved courses and is accredited by SACS, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, one of the five regional accreditation organizations of AdvancedEd in the United States.

AESA staff is dedicated to each individual student. Students with special educational goals, such as the mastery of a fine art, can expect AESA faculty and administration to guide them consistently in their unique academic endeavors, preparing them for entry into the college or university of their choice.

We assist in college searches and applications, and provide a variety of courses that can help inspire and challenge student artists on their quests for perfection.
